The legendary Ava Gardner was born on December 24, 1922 so in honor of her birthday, we doing a special Christmas Eve episode to celebrate!
The Recipe
Ava wrote down this recipe on the back of a piece of paper. The other side had a printed painting of her image. This is courtesy of the Ava Gardner Museum.
Ingredients
1 large package cream cheese
5 oz Roquefort Cheese
5 oz soft cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

This recipe was easy to make and should be a tasty, festive addition to any holiday party in the future.
Lora and I had a great time making this and chatting about all things Ava! The Ava Gardner Museum has several of her recipes on their website and you can bet we will be doing more episodes in the future.
Please check out the Ava Gardner Museum's virtual exhibit on "Pandora and the Flying Dutchman". This virtual exhibit is only $5.00 and you can see artifacts from the film, items from Ava's personal collection and much more. This past year Cohen Media issued a stunning 4k restoration of the film and it is now available on DVD Blu-Ray. Buy your copy at the Ava Gardner Museum online gift shop.
